Families and their incoming kindergarten students are invited to Ready, Set…Kindergarten! — our family kindergarten orientation event just for the Class of 2038. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore your child’s school, meet kindergarten teachers and principals, tour classrooms, and connect with community resources.
During the event, you’ll learn about available programs, PTSA membership, and volunteer opportunities, as well as steps to help your child transition smoothly into kindergarten. Celebrate this exciting milestone with us and build connections with families and educators as we prepare our youngest learners for a bright and successful start this fall.
Listen to our Kindergarten Podcast
Our school district recently featured Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Scourey from Fall City Elementary and two kindergarteners in an episode of our podcast, Voices of the Valley. We strongly recommend giving it a listen — it’s fun, heartwarming, and offers a wonderful glimpse into the joyful start of school life. The episode also highlights what to expect at the beginning of the school year and shares helpful ideas for how you can help get your child kindergarten-ready. You can find the episode on our district website or wherever you listen to podcasts.
